Our physician, nurses and physical therapists can effectively care for your work related injuries.
Non-operative conditions are usually treated with physical therapy, appropriate medications,
injections and restricted work activities. Restrictions will be re-evaluated and modified as
necessary at each follow-up appointment thus allowing a gradual return to full duty or permanent
restrictions.
Conditions requiring surgical intervention will be treated by Dr. Baughman, a Board
Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon, who specializes in general orthopaedic trauma care,
fracture management, arthroscopic surgery and hand surgery including tendon and microsurgical
nerve repair.
Second opinions regarding spinal disorders and spine surgery are available at S.O.S. by
consulting physicians from the Kansas City area. The consulting staff physicians offer the
advantage of local evaluation and follow-up avoiding costly time off from work and accompanying
mileage expenses.
